PM Modi said that during such a global epidemic, only one mantra works: “Hum Swastha Toh Jaga Swastha”, meaning, ‘The world is healthy when we are healthy.’
The Prime Minister said that people must practice restraint by staying at home and not stepping out as much as possible during the Coronavirus pandemic. “Social distancing measures are very important at this time,” he said.

PM Modi advised people to self-isolate from others in order to stop spreading the Coronavirus further. He said that until it is very necessary, people should avoid moving out of their homes and rather opt for work from home. PM Modi also made a special appeal to the elderly people not to move out of their homes for a few weeeks

Amazon rain forest is in flames

Terrifying to think that the Amazon is the largest rain forest on the planet, creating 20% of the earth's oxygen basically the lungs of the world has been on fire and burning for more than three weeks running.

The Brazilian Amazon , home to 1 million indigenous people and three million species has been burning more than three weeks straight.There have been 74,000 fires in the Brazilian Amazon since the beginning of this year,a staggering 84% increase over the same period last year.

  The largest rain forest in the world is the critical piece of the global climate solution.Without the Amazon, we cannot keep the earth's warming in check.

Zhejiang city hit by the Lekima storm 'China'

Last Saturday, 18 people died due to Lekima storm in Zhejiang province 'China'. While 16 people went missing.About 11 lakh people were evacuated to the safer places.About 300 flights were canceled .
                  According to officials,the storm reached Wenling city at the speed of 187 km.It is expected to reach Shanghai.This is the 9th storm in China this year.

Greenland: 1100 crore ton ice melted in one day "Danger"

This kind of ice melting was happened in 1950.Scientists said that July is the hottest month in this year.19700 crore ton ice melted in only in July and 1100 crore ton ice in one day of July.There are possibilities that sea level will be increase to 0.1 mm because the molten part of ice.
                                                            According to the climatologist 'Ruth Mottram' last Thursday was recorded as the hottest day of July.This ice melts because of over heat.
This ice melting mostly starts in the end of May but this year it started in beginning of May .
                                            Ice has been melting continuously for four months.This can be dangerous for us.The temperature in Greenland is 22 C°.

Only 20% of forest left in Philippines

The Government of Philippines is about to make a interesting law to save the environment. According to this law every single student from school to college has to plant 10 trees than they will get their degrees Government is expecting that if government does this law enforcement properly so 17.5 crore trees will gonna be planted every single year.

                   The government took this decision because the jungle is continuously decreasing in Philippines in 85 years, the jungle decreased from 70% to 20%.

   The bill is given by the representative of senate 'Mr.Gary Alejano'. This bill named "Graduation legacy for the environment act" 

           This law can make a good change in the condition of the environment of Philippines.

southern sea otters are moving of extinction

Like others species, now southern sea otters are in danger.

The population drop slightly from 2017, with the number dipping to 3,128 otters to last year's 3,186. 2017 was also a drop from the previous year,which counted 3,272 otters.slowly slowly they are moving to the extinction.Southern sea otters would be extinct if not for the Endangered Species Act (ESA), but right now,it's under attack.Imperiled ocean animals need you now more the ever.
